It was my first experience to stay at Brits Hotel. I loved it. The hotel is quite big, it has pool and quite complete fitness equipment. The room is comfy and lightly bigger compared to other common budget hotels. Everything was working properly in the room. I would love to come back. Its value for money too.

Very good hotel at affordable price. The staffs are all kind and professional, helpful too. It's located at Sunset Road, near Krisna souvenir shop. So it is easy to go hear and there, with car or motorcycle. Very recommended hotel to stay in. Thank you for the hospitality from all the hotel staffs (receptionist, security guards, bell boy, room service, etc).

This was a great place to stay. I was only here for one night but I really enjoyed the facilities. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable and quiet. I'd gladly stay here again.

Too bad I wanted to extend but was told that the room type was sold out, but I still could order it on the app. The officer gave a different price within a few minutes and said the room was sold out. The food was cold and not varied, not enough for small children.

I would like to thank all the staff at Brits. This is the first time I travel with my boyfriend, and they gave me a warm and homely experience. Especially Saha and Bagas, they are the most friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic staff I have ever met. Saha helped me make the detox drink I wanted even though it was not on the menu and very complicated to make. Bagas cleaned the room for us and did not forget a warm message. Next time I go to Bali, I will definitely stay at Brits.

fast check in and check out. room is good with additional bench near window. unlimited hot water in the bathroom. breakfast was good, and many choices, but the staff refill the food quite slowly. the parking area only limited, so we need to park our car outside the hotel area. overall good service.
