It was my first experience to stay at Brits Hotel. I loved it. The hotel is quite big, it has pool and quite complete fitness equipment. The room is comfy and lightly bigger compared to other common budget hotels. Everything was working properly in the room. I would love to come back. Its value for money too.

Everything in Hotel was great except the breakfast options for Indian Vegetarians. More options like cheese curries / idlis / samosas / dosa / pooris / pratha need to be included

Room was clean and tidy. But unfortunately very loud noises came from guests who apparently students roaming around and pressing doorbell multiple times. It happened until around 11 PM when I supposedly be sleeping because of my morning flight the next day. Tried to call the front desk multiple times and I was told that security will handle them correctly but the noises kept coming without stopping until I myself went out from my room and yelled at them directly. Very unnecessary thing for me to do, but I can't help because they're not stopping and I need my good rest. Hotel management should manage better.

Everything was good except the room is not sound proof and there's a very noisy music activity and very late at night some group of people talking with a very loud sound, disturbing our sleep.

Thank you Brits hotel. We got a free upgrade from deluxe to junior suite. Loved our stay. Very friendly staff and good food. Child friendly as they got kids corner. We'll love to stay here again on our next trip
