It was my first experience to stay at Brits Hotel. I loved it. The hotel is quite big, it has pool and quite complete fitness equipment. The room is comfy and lightly bigger compared to other common budget hotels. Everything was working properly in the room. I would love to come back. Its value for money too.

Very good hotel at affordable price. The staffs are all kind and professional, helpful too. It's located at Sunset Road, near Krisna souvenir shop. So it is easy to go hear and there, with car or motorcycle. Very recommended hotel to stay in. Thank you for the hospitality from all the hotel staffs (receptionist, security guards, bell boy, room service, etc).

from the roadside it looks like the hotel is no longer operating, but it turns out the lobby is in an alley.. the food is delicious and complete (the sahur is complete, thank you for preparing sahur). It's just that during breakfast the food that is placed on the outside terrace without a cover is covered with flies. The staff is friendly..

Stayed at Brits Legian for one night in room 506, hoping for a relaxing getaway. What I got was more like a reality TV show.
First, the AC wasn’t cooling down. Reception assured me, “It’s central AC, it’ll cool down eventually.” Eventually? So, I paid to roast in my own room? Fantastic and let’s work with this ‘theory’
Next, the bathroom smelled like a dumpster had taken a bath. I thought, "Engineering will fix this." Nope, housekeeping showed up with a bottle of air freshener as his weapon. Because nothing says “luxury” like a spritz of fake flowers.
The TV was not working but it fixed already. Thanks god for this!
I waited for the AC to do its “miracle theory” thing, but by 11:30 PM, the room was hotter. I complained again. Engineering arrived, shocked at how hot it was (I guess it was a surprise to them too). Finally, the night receptionist offered to move us to another room, like I’d won a prize. "Congratulations, here’s your new room!"
On the bright side, breakfast was delicious, and the food was top-notch. The bed and pillows also screamed four-star hotel. Thanks to the night front office team for saving us with a fruits platter, this is as much as he can do we still appreciate and the morning front office for giving us a late check-out.

quite pleasant and good service to stay 4 days 3 nights in Bali with quite good service and decent breakfast.
unfortunately when I went there with high school students on a study tour. so it was a bit noisy and crowded.. the rest is quite good and the location is easy to reach from everywhere.
