It was my first experience to stay at Brits Hotel. I loved it. The hotel is quite big, it has pool and quite complete fitness equipment. The room is comfy and lightly bigger compared to other common budget hotels. Everything was working properly in the room. I would love to come back. Its value for money too.

Thank you Brits hotel. We got a free upgrade from deluxe to junior suite. Loved our stay. Very friendly staff and good food. Child friendly as they got kids corner. We'll love to stay here again on our next trip

The staff is friendly. Overall clean and tidy. Bathroom size and the quality should be improved. Breakfast menu is almost similar all the days and become boring by 2nd day: P.

Gym is not useable, receptionist service wasn't really good I ask them to clean the room in the afternoon, when I'm back at night, the room still messy. Our family need to wait about 30 mins until one of their staff come to our room.
