Service.-The staff do not clean the rooms daily.-The staff did not help me carry my baggage during check out.-There was no security guard or recepsionist.-The staff watched TV at night and talked loudly, sometimes even shouting. Facilities.-Everything was old and dirty. Cleanliness.-The bed smelled bad.-People smoked outside the room and the smell stayed in the room.-There were shoe marks on the walls.-The cabinet smelled bad and was broken.-The bath mat was old, smelly & wet.

The receptionists aren't always there. In have to with for about an hour to confirm my booking and take the rooms keys. When I wanted to check out, the receptionists are gone and I just put the key on the receptionist table. Awful!

After 3 times complaints to the receptionist that the AC didn't work properly and the TV didn't turn on, finally moved from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, had to transport a large amount of bags and stuffs. The new rooms are all fine, hot water works well, there is mineral water and towels that were not provided previously. Receptionist wasn't standby.

Dirty room, dirty bed cover and pillow, and the things bad is we got the rooms without cleaning after others using this room, and we complaining because we got the used room, so the reception give us the new room, when we inside the room, we really disappointed because the room really dirt and bad smell, so I make decision to move the other hotel in that time. One more except the bad clean and dirt room, bed, pillow and the toilet, bad service and small parking place. So if you want to stay here please think twice

good for resting after a long day activities. they have a pond (or pool?) in the void. key isn't a electronic chipped card. it's like a high end dormitory for me, comfort and enough.
