Their staff not professional! So many mistake they do, the biggest mistake they have ever do is something like give the customer standard room even the customer already order deluxe room since along time before.

We stayed in a suite room for 2 nights. Room floor was kind of dusty. Then we had a problem with aircon unit in the room. It was warm with 17deg set up. Aircon remote was working fine. We reported to front dest and didn't straight away come, even after 2nd call. We had to come down and talked to receptionist. They came up with the solutions to reset the remote and change the battery. The air still came out warm from the aircon unit. We asked to change room but they said not possible because it was fully booked. They offer solutions with fan which we refused. We asked them to clean the indoor unit and finally it worked fine. Other thing was, they didn't clean up the room. When we asked, staff said we should asked receptions if we requires room cleaning. There was no info about it on checked in. In fact, we left the room in the middle of the night for a tour and nobody in the receptions desk. There was no manager in hotel for making decisions if there 's any mess. Overall, the stay was disappointing. The only advatage of staying there was the location, easy to find food.
