friendly and very agile staff, when I asked the receptionist to order an ojol because my cellphone was not working at that time, the receptionist immediately ordered it quickly. At that time, the receptionist who was on duty in front of the man, I don't remember his name but it was Tuesday, November 19, 2024. at 19.00 👍

The staff in each shift are friendly and the breakfast is worth the price, the only downside is that the windows can't be opened.

The cleanliness of the room is safe, the service is also good, only the shower water is small, the towels are also a bit smelly, there is no water, instead we were told to go out because a dispenser was provided... At least it makes it difficult to go in and out of the room just to drink...
