I’ve been staying at this hotel for many times.. no regret at all, cause this is one of the best option I get. Great hotel with cheap price, near to Simpang Lima and CitraLand Mall. Clean room, AC and water heater all great. Just the parking is small so I had to move my car outside the hotel. Overall great. Thank you Citrip! Would love to come back soon.

Actually the hotel is comfortable to stay in, only the front office staff could be friendlier, the 2 male staff were a bit curt in responding. Number 2, for my room, I requested a non-smoking room, it was listed in the application, eh when I got to the room, the room smelled very much of cigarettes, at that time it could be temporarily disguised with my perfume, please check the room again, number 3, the shower handle was broken, I told the front office, they said that everything was having problems and was being repaired, it should have been informed before the customer checked in. Please, for the management, you can train the front office again and improve the hotel maintenance. Overall the hotel room is comfortable, from the bed, AC, lights, water heater, everything works and is in good condition. Only the above problems for management so that they can be executed immediately and improved further
