Excellent service and they also prepare a car with driver for fetch up me at Station and assist me to go to ATM in the Cepu city.

City hotel is located at center of Mataram, near to culinary stall at night. However, the room is messy and untidy. The bathroom was slippery and the floor is not clean enough.
