Hotels in Pematangsiantar

My experience was quite nice, the only concern about it was. The management should have their own area for staff to breakfast (I don't know about the other meals like lunch or dinner) somewhere in kitchen or some room. Because I've seen them taking part of breakfast in the same area of the guest in the restaurant which I'd never seen that in other hotels. Other than that was OK.

The best budget hotel so far in pematangsiantar. Good service, clean room, and helpful staff. The hotel had hot water and lift. Good one.

Comfortable and affordable in pematang siantar.

Hotel is quite old. Even we asked for hair dryer, the hotel can't provide us.

When I came there, nothing good service in operator and the number of application in map no good, it is very bad for customer so I had to move the hotel to take rest.

I never get the weird services as this such one. They ask me to wait for checking-in since this hotel can't get my reservation data. After that, this hotel gave a room with rest room that can't flush. They move to other room eventually. Before it, they let me know that I am a guest without breakfast. Then I reply to them, that I don't ask for breakfast as you can see it from my reservation. The staff then reply to me with words, "Just to make sure that you know, you don't have a breakfast coupon." Huhhh.... This kind of service really me feel weird.

Very loud karaokee and house/disco music were ON till early morning about 4am at everynight during my stayed. Totality can not sleep !
