the room smells, the mattress, sheets, pillows and floor are dirty.. there is no cupboard or hangers to put things in, the towels are dirty and not clean and there is no soap..

What kind of hotel is this? The picture is nice when you check in, wow, it's so cool. It's cheap, but don't be fooled by the nice pictures. This is a MESS

The staff is very friendly but unfortunately the room is on the 4th floor and the lift is broken so it's quite a bit of climbing the stairs to the 4th floor
