We had dirty bed sheets and no towels in the bathroom. Mini bar refrigerator was very dirty as well.

Hotel that is not properly inhabited, in terms of air conditioning and facilities that are not good. Hopefully this incident can improve hotel facilities. Even though I already had the good intention to ask the AC why it wasn't cold, it was ignored. Yaudh, after I finished my evening, I decided to move hotel to connect. So it's not really recommended, especially from the toilet

When I was initially given a room on the 2nd floor but non-smoking, I requested a smoking room, given a room on the floor. 4. this room on the 4th floor is not the same as in the photo. Wow, the room didn't match the photo. That's what I first thought when I entered the room. But after I talked to the frontdesk, they told me that the room in the photo was there but only a few floors (floor). But yes that's nonsmoking. I agreed to move rooms because it was much more comfortable on the floor. 2. So in conclusion I get a room that matches the photo. The minus of this room is that there is no refrigerator, no TV channels so the entertainment is to rely on the internet from WiFi, and there are lights in the room that are turned off. Overall I will give a value of 3.5 of. 5. because the price is very good for the quality of the room but with the condition select an abandoned room.

The hotel is really old, the only functioning elevator is 1 so if it's busy it's been waiting for a long time. From the beginning of the entrance it smelled of cigarettes, the room was dark too.

The hotel is not really the same as in the photo. For a room worth 400 thousand. This is really not appropriate. Just arrived when I wanted to check in the receptionist was not friendly. Checked in for two rooms instead given one key initially, so had to ask again. Looks not serious. Not to mention the room just got dirty, the lights were also problematic, just make a towel to the telephone first, can not get a toothbrush, soap is also abis. The point is that the service needs to be improved, not just modest.

I feel out of luck because I got an old room from this hotel. I got a room that has been renovated before. The ac is not cold, the bathroom has a lot of crust on the closed. The carpet is dirty. Ask for towels 2 hours later, then deliver. I was disappointed pokonya.

Be Careful. I was surprised to get a very bad room, old school, damp, dark, uninhabitable, like going to shoot a horror movie. Even the corridors are dark and creepy. It's on the 5th floor. My suggestion is that if you get the same experience, Langkung proposed to move rooms by showing photos of the bright and nice rooms, I was immediately able to get a room on the 8th floor by waiting 1 hour. but it is not guaranteed, because the hotel staff discusses the availability of rooms, where some rooms have been repaid in installments starting from the top floor, plus, the new rooms are comfortable. For the rate that much the room is really spacious compared to most contemporary hotels. There is a small freezer and electric kettle, the central air conditioner is evenly cool, good. Another plus is the location is super strategic, want to go to the family mart to walk 30 seconds. It is really worth it if there is no strange experience at the beginning.
