Strategic Location. The mosque is only 10 meters. PTC Mall is only 40 meters away. Finding food is also easy.

The rooms are pretty clean. Hot water and AC also work well. Although it needs a little repair in the AC unit. For sheets and pillowcases, if you can, give a little fragrance so that it smells a little bit. Otherwise it's fine. In general it is still good at a fairly cheap price.

The location is good, the administration of married couples is strict, there is a prayer room. Unfortunately the hotel is not clean, the linen is dirty and smells, drinking water is not provided, tissue or toiletries are not like OYO standards in general. Towels were only given 1 even though we were both.

The hotel is not well maintained making guests uncomfortable. Body odor and musty bed linen looks like it hasn't been replaced, the toilet smells and there are cockroaches, the window doesn't have a lock and also a handle and the worst thing is the male staff who are not polite and don't accept criticism. For example, the problem of windows that do not have handles & locks, he assumes as long as nothing happens it will not be a problem.

I arrived late at night very tired with my family group and I took 3 rooms ... but until it arrived the service was very bad ... the receptionist was very bad ... I was very disappointed with the service to the customer ... even I had time to argue just because I asked for a room that changed the floor because I brought a nephew who was still a baby ... I just asked for tolerance but I argued with a very bad answer. I think that such a waiter is afraid to often make guests uncomfortable because his language attitude might be able to provide science ethics .. so that customers here don't give up staying here .. thanks
