Beautifully decorated. Warm and welcoming staff, excellent services by staff. Price is great. Location is in the middle of surabaya. Breakfast: taste was not so great but had pretty wide selection of meals. Parking lot was narrow especially the basement, but they provide free valet to park your car.

One of the best hotel to stay at Surabaya. You'll find out Surabaya Night View from the room easily. Staff are so warm and nice. So does the food, taste good and worth

Great experience. Helpful and friendly staffs. Good room service – food is a tad too expensive but okay, I would rate 3.8 of 5 for the taste. Clean room, though utilities like water heater and water pitcher were a bit dusty. I recommend cleaning it before using it, better yet if the staff can clean it before the guest arrives. The TV has international channels, no netflix so I watched Animal Planet all day. I stayed in Charming unit on the 20th floor. This unit has a work desk so I could work conveniently. It was such a nice view at night in the room – wish I could stay longer. The con is probably the bathroom – it's a great one don't worry. But if you're a Muslim, it doesn't have the faucet for wudhu. The shower only has a valve for the shower, not keran air, so I guess you can only use the shower or the sink for wudhu. Overall, it was a great stay for me. I would stay here again in the future.
