They held my driving license while I was staying there and forgot to give it back. Then I asked them to ship the card, and I'm the one that paid for it. So no responsibility at all from the management side. About the water, they don't have any solution at all. And didn't solve the problem at all

No water availability (hot and cold), the shower is broken, room and water are dirty.-Tidak Ada Air, shower rusak, kamar dan air kotor.

The room is clean although a bit narrow. The blanket is thin. The bathroom layout feels weird, you shower right next to the toilet.

The location cannot be accessed 24 hours, max 22.00 (the information is that the entrance to the portal is later than 22.00). When taking a shower the water is off + there is no hot water, you have to ask for a blanket first and there are glasses, tea and sugar but no water heater

The room was cramped, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were said to be clean but torn as if they were used, the AC wasn't cold, it was stuffy.

There was no notification that you couldn't park inside the hotel beforehand. It turned out that there were road repairs going on so the car couldn't be parked. Even then, you are still asked to pay additionally for parking. For the next 30 days, it's best not to stay here. 🙏🏻.
