When I go to Surabaya, I always stay here because of the strategic location, spacious and clean rooms, cool view.

Friendly staff, clean hotel from the front, very luxurious lobby, really nice

The room itself is very comfortable and clean, quite spacious too. we chose the twin type. Had the chance to try the gym facilities, quite a lot of equipment and the area is also clean and comfortable. For breakfast it's delicious, many choices of menus from western and local, desserts are also varied, drinks are also provided traditional drinks. The location itself in my opinion is strategic. next time I will come here again if I go to Surabaya

The staff are friendly, but it took a while to check in because the room that had been booked a long time ago was not ready when needed. Out of the 8 rooms that were ready gradually, they were all ready at around 4 in the afternoon.

The hotel's location is strategic for the Tunjungan area, which is surrounded by many interesting restaurants, especially at night. TP can be reached by walking for about 8-10 minutes. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, facing Tunjungan Plaza. Very recommended hotel

Everything is very impressive especially when bringing guests from China. It's just a shame that there is no SPA facility in a 5-star hotel. Hopefully there will be a SPA in the future.

The rooms I booked had some trouble with the AC. They responded very quickly & tried to fix it, but the issue still exists. So, they relocated my & family to other rooms & provided some compliments.
