it is actually a boarding house (kos) not a hotel, and u need to check out at 11 not 12. i got a room that the semprotan toilet is leaking so the bathroom floor is all time wet. and i told the housekeeper directly but they do nothing and saying oh iya memang begitu. and the toilet is so old (need to do renovation for the toilet in my opinion). On my second night, the AC is leaking so bad. so not just the toilet floor is all wet, now the room floor is wet too. already call the technician, but still leak after that. the bedsheet has lots of stains

No lift, only stair. It is actually a lodge (kost) rather than a hotel. Bedsheets is dirty and full of stains, but the hotel keeper said that if you want to change it, you have to wait until the next morning which is my check out time. Toilet is extremely dirty. Don't hope to get any service, as there is only one keeper/front desk. The keeper doesn't want to take any responsibility: everytime he just said, please complain to the company, I am only a keeper. I never met this kind of attitude in Indonesia. Cannot. Ask for a refund, even though I have difficulties to climb the stair due to knee problems.

Perfect location for those who are going to jec kedoya, 5 minutes walking distance across the bridge. Cleanliness needs to be improved, both for the room and the bathroom. There ' s no elevator at the hotel, please keep in mind if you're bringing heavy luggage. And I want to recommend Restoran Kemangi 3 minutes walking distance from D'Paragon.

Kos Eksklusif. Lumayan untuk nginap beberapa hari. Ruangan cukup bersih dan nyaman. Fasilitas juga cukup. Kekurangan hanya staff nya yang kurang ramah.

Quite nice place for staying long or short trip, some room is hot but after some discussion I'm able move and fill another one with good AC
