I like the good location, close to the busway & also close to the station. Spacious vehicle parking. The downside is that it is a bit noisy during afternoon check-in hours because it is not soundproof. The hassle of having to fill in personal data for those who are boarding there may be mandatory, but for hotel guests it feels like collecting data. Frankly, I was annoyed to the point of having to take a photo of my ID card, afraid that this would be misused to collect bank and loan customer data. The glass to the balcony needs to be given dark curtains because I really don't like the glare in the morning so I can't close my eyes until I want to check out. Hopefully the management will provide a cover because not all customers like brightly lit rooms. The refrigerator is cold, the AC is cold, the bed sheets are clean and smell good for sleeping. Helpful staff.

I've stayed here several times, this is the first time I'm not comfortable with the room. Requested on the 5th floor but got a super uncomfortable room. The AC was on but it was like wind, not cold at all, the door to the balcony opened by itself and because the key and keyhole didn't fit, it couldn't be locked at all, the bed sheets were dirty: (there were some brown stains and on the pillows too. But previously I also got a room where the door to the balcony opened by itself, the condition was the same as the key didn't fit into the keyhole. Just ask the manager to check all the doors to the balcony. I've gotten 2 rooms that were in that condition. But so far it's okay.

Advice for the staff, do not give random guest information to outsiders, at 2 am my room was knocked on by unknown people, until the morning they were still knocking on the door of the room, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the mattress and sheets, I was originally going to stay for 3 days but because of this incident I immediately checked out in the afternoon.
