Staf nya ramah, air kran jika diperhatikan seperti agak hitam pada saat pertama kali menyalakan kran tapi tidak berbau, seperti ada abu air hujan. Tapi setelahnya cukup bersih dan tidak berbau. Kamar bersih hanya aromanya kurang cocok pada saya.

Gila aja gue check in sekitar jam 2 an dibikin muter-muter lah yang dilempar kesana lah kesini lah gue muter sampe 3 tempat posisi udah ngantuk banget, kalo emang udah penuh ngapain sistemnya masih dinyalain tolol! Ga lagi-lagi deh kesini, nyesel parah! Mana terakhir lemparan ke hotel-hotelnya kumuh banget remote AC ga ada lantai basah bantalnya jorok banget lagi.

The place is super clean, the AC is cold, the receptionist is also friendly, it's close to everywhere and there are lots of salespeople around it, there's just a water kettle missing, overall recommended for singles and families ☺.
