Good placed in city center of Jatinangor. Good service from Mr. Aden. OK priced. But the floor was slippery, bathroom is flooding, glass not washed and feels like the room recently use by somebody. The plus point is the view from 17th floor. But its reasonable for this price.

Got unit 2041 Beautiful view from the 20th floor Room size is enough for 2-3 people Room & bathroom are fragrant & clean Floor & window glass are clean There are some minor damages on the wall wallpaper, but it's okay. Cold AC Clean sheets & blankets Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, & towels are available Water is smooth & large, warm water is available for bathing A dispenser, electric kettle & pan are available (but I haven't tried whether it works or not), as well as sponges & steel wool for washing dishes, complete with washing soap. Cleaning tools such as brooms, dustpans, mops are also available. Staff are on standby during the check-in & check-out process, the process is also fast For the location of the apartment itself, it is very strategic, just walk to the left and right, many food sellers & places to eat are scattered, Indomaret & Point Coffee are also open 24 hours. Minus (-) : * TV has no signal (there is a picture but no sound, there is sound but no picture, & not all broadcasts are captured) * The gallon of water in the dispenser is empty. Chat to the office number, no response. Go directly to the staff, ask for water to be filled, it turns out the water never comes, until finally you buy your own drinking water (after all, you only stayed one night, it's not too much of a problem, you're alone too) My advice if you stay here: When you enter the unit, immediately check the availability of facilities. Make sure what is lacking, then ask the relevant staff to provide it & it's best to follow up until it's finished. Our second stay at this unit, and both were incredibly satisfying! From the first experience when Wi-Fi was not available until now when Wi-Fi is installed, this is definitely one of the upgrades that we really appreciate. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, the room is clean and fragrant. Not to forget, the beddings provided are also in the best condition—clean, neat, and fragrant, making your rest even more comfortable. Thank you for the consistent and increasingly good service.
