Friendly staff, check-in service does not require a deposit. Minus the AC is not cold enough but over time it gets colder. Hopefully this problem will be resolved soon, because I read from other reviews the complaint is the same, namely the AC is not cold enough.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast menu. I ordered 3 rooms, all the air conditioners were not cold. Please be comfortable in the future, especially the air temperature in the room can be cooler. Thank You.

Kamar bersih. Pelayanan super ramah, security juga aktif dalam pengaturan kendaraan. Sip deh ini hotel. Ke depan mampir lagi pas kunjugan ke tembilahan riau di hotel ini.

A visit to Tembilahan must be included in the Elite Hotel, the rooms are very clean, the employees are all friendly. The breakfast food is delicious too. Anyway, this hotel is okay. Always success Hotel Elite.
