The stay was perfect as usual. My room always got upgraded and the service was impeccable. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and K22 is a perfect spot for afternoon meeting or evening drinks.

The hotel is very perfect for any purpose including but not limited to staycation, I definitely suggest to book and reserve the suite room with free access to gold lounge as you will be treated like a very honorable guest in the hotel, the hotel’s employee who served us are very welcome and nice and always providing us the best service and recommendation pursuant to the hotel facilities. A best place to talk about business matters while chilling at the same time. Suite room is definitely the best in the five star hotel I’ve ever stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. With plush beeding, high-end amenities, and an impeccably clean space, it felt like a home away from home, but with all the luxuries one could dream of. Staying at Fairmont was everything I hoped for in a luxury getaway. The combination of superb service, luxurious accommodations, and world-class amenities made it a truly unforgettable experience. The room was very spacious and cozy. Suitable for families. Fairmont never disappoints, except for the readiness of the room which sometimes take way longer than 12 pm:).

Booking 1 night for me and my family (my brothers, my mom and 2 children). Arrived at 11 pm. Got the connecting room. The toilet was so smelly strong urine odor. I asked to be cleaned, they kindly helped to clean but still it has the smell and it was midnite already. We decide not to use that toilet and use the other 's room. And around 8 in the morning the loud buzzing sound woke us up. Few time loud buzzing sound. Really dissapointment for a 5 stars hotel.

I don't think this hotel is well equipped for staycation. If you bring your own car, and park somewhere in the high level parking lot, you have to go to the lobby through elevators outside. I understand it was for security measurement but turns out the security might allow you to go through elevators inside the building if they let you open up your suitcase right at the entrance door from the parking lot to the building. (no info about this, I know from observing people while I waited for the elevators outside) the room wasn't ready when I checked in (14.30). It was ready at around 15.30. While I waited in the mall, they told me that they will put my luggage in instantly when the room is ready — and they didn't. I need to wait for another half an hour for my luggage after I check in. It was easier for me to bring my own luggage by myself.

Honestly, I expected better from Fairmont considering the brand and it ' s a 5 stars hotel. The hospitality from the receptionist and concierge just felt different unlike other 5 star hotels, less warmth, its just missing something. It really is the time to make improvements to the room. The bed ambles, makes my body sore. And the pillow so thin, very uncomfortable. My room was in the 19th floor, high floor overlooking the golf view and street. Dang so noisy in the morning. I never had this kind of experience in other 5 stars hotels, usually very quiet in the higher floors. Lastly, Good job for the other staffs from in room dining and housekeeping.
