The rooms are so spacey, clean and neat. Checked in quite fast, for breakfast it's OK nothing special. Customer service is excellent. Overall I like it a lot (especially the swimming pool is so wide and long) and I would love to come to visit again near future. Thanks, Fraser 👍

Wonderful experience staying here, the room is spacious, the amenities are complete. There's also joint basketball court, you need to book them first a day before. It's also very quite in the bedroom area. Few things need to be improved: phone service isn't available, unchanged bathroom mat, also instructions to use to stove. Overall, it is great!

Amazing place to stay! In the center of the city, easily accessible to the major malls like Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia and its right opposite Setiabudi One Mall- lots of food options there, cafes, salon, massage place. Must stay with family or alone. Safe for women

Very disappointing, because it didn't happen 1, 2, or 3 times. But more. It turns out that the service from Fraser Setiabudi is very bad. Because I experienced it, if I tell the experience here, it's not enough. What's clear. Just thank you. Even if it's free, I don't want to come here again. Very. Very. Very disappointed.
