Location is close to Jatim Park 3. Located in a residential area. Finding a place to eat is a bit difficult, you have to leave the complex which is quite a distance to the highway, you have to take a vehicle. The size of the house is actually quite large, but it looks like it is not well maintained, not neat and clean. There is garbage in front of the house that has not been collected. Towels and amenities are not provided, so for that price it is too expensive, it is better to stay at a hotel.

In a quiet & comfortable location. Minus the cleanliness a little bit but the rest is safe. The facilities are quite complete but the price because it's New Year's Eve is not right. The gallon of water is half left and it's tap water. For staying with family, it's quite okay.

The owner is friendly, the villa is clean. There are complete cooking utensils, the water heater works. Close to the town square and near the grocery store in the next alley so if you want to buy anything you don't have to go far. FYI, I took 2 villas yesterday, if you want one next to each other, it will cost you an additional 400 thousand. The front garden of the villa is barren and the exterior is not well maintained. The rest is all good.

Tempatnya nyaman walaupun tanpa AC. Fasilitas dapur lengkap, tapi air galon tidak diisi. Kamar mandi, dinding dan halamannya butuh sedikit perawatan. Sampah dari pengunjung sebelumnya di halaman depan belum terbuang.

Villanya oke banget, bersih, wifi lancar, ada smart tv, kalau pengen masak sendiri juga bisa karena dapurnya bisa dipake + udah disediain kompor, piring, mangkok, gelas dan lain-lain. Lokasinya di dalem perumahan dan deket banget sama Jatimpark 3. Mau ke minimarket juga deket. Minusnya cuma ga ada fasilitas untuk di kamar mandi kayak sabun/sampo. Untuk lainnya oke semua.
