The room is squeaky clean and well maintained. We love the food choices and taste at the barrel, their in house beach front restaurant. Staffs are very helpful and kind. We have extended our stay and so happy that we chose this place for our stay.

Love the stay here! The beach is right in front of the Hotel. There are options to eat nearby, convenience store also nearby. The pool is nice, they even have kids pool! Its good for family because they have kids playground upstairs too. Will definitely come back!

Beach what Bali is all about, and you just need to walk across the street to enjoy Double Six Beach at anytime here! That's absolutely the top point! And our room was in front of kids pool and playground, our 2 children was very happy and enjoying their stay here. So, you can imagine, after playing under the heat of the beach, you can swim right away into the refreshing pool ❤️ The room is spacious and has balcony. Big sofa and nice bed. But.... the water was salty, the cost of staying right beside the beach I guess..

Good hotel, close to everywhere, right in front of the beach, room suitable for family, good service, friendly, clean, swimming pool close, good facilities, however,. If it rains, the water splashes in front of the room, the hotel breakfast is not great.

Overall everything is okay, the atmosphere, the room and the restaurant. But there are still many maintenances yesterday I stayed maybe because of the rainy season so the floor is a bit slippery, the elevator is dead, the wifi is slow and the outside of the building is not maintained. Many experiences for families to enjoy the beach if you get an ocean view room and the swimming pool is also clean.

the Hotel was nice, location was very strategic, near to the beach and lots of cafe around it.
but we were very disappointed with these below situation :
*when we check in the room was not clean, many dust and smell dusty, we think it because the room beside our room was under construction, but FO not inform us about it.
* we ask to change the room, then they show us the 2nd room, then we agree. then we have to wait for about 20 minutes to move to that room, but then suddenly the FO call, said that the 2nd room was not ready because some glasses or mirror was crack . what??
why they dont check it first before they show it to us?
*then they show us the 3rd room, but the room was smell. why they dont check it also?
finally we are not move to new room, we decide to stay in the 1st room, because we already tired to blame (capek Hati). we ask them to clean the room up again from dusty.
* when we want to go swimming in the pool, we ask the towel, but the officer said we have to give them white card, which we never receive it from FO. the guy ask us to get it from FO. (?😱) i think the officer should help us to get it from the FO right? we are the customer. and why FO dont give us the white card in the 1st place when we check in?
we inform all of those situation to the On Duty Manager, thank you for listening to us and give us some compliment.
we hope the management will take note and make improvement. Thank you.

Access to the hotel is quite small, parking is difficult but security is very helpful, breakfast is not varied and the taste is lacking, the room is clean but the towels are not replaced (but when I called to ask for a replacement, the hotel replaced them even though there was one less towel given because the staff said there were no towels in stock available🥹), However, there is one thing that is quite annoying is the borrowing of towels at the swimming pool, it turns out that the towels at the swimming pool are borrowed using a different card and you have to ask at the receptionist, but when checking in the receptionist doesn't explain the borrowing rules so in my opinion the receptionist The explanation should not make those staying confused, especially as the swimming pool staff also lacks information. When we asked "what card do you use to borrow" you should have answered "to borrow towels using a special card which you can ask for at the receptionist" instead of just saying yes card. If you just say that, it will confuse customers. I'm quite disappointed in that part. "So please next time when checking in, explain to the correct guest," explained thank you.

The room that we stayed are very nice and clean. I booked 2 bedroom for family, with the view of pool together with the beach at 4th floor was amazing. The staff at front office are very nice and helpful. Have a really nice time here. The bad side only the parking place are quite frustating with the traffic in front of the hotel (if you bring car).
