waited until 3 am but couldn't check in with the excuse that it wasn't clear, arrived at normal check in time, no one asked to enter the room quickly, even though I had a zoom meeting so I was slapped outside
clean room, very friendly and responsive staff, I said the AC wasn't cold enough (the AC had been on for more than 2 hours), after checking it was indeed a problem, finally changed rooms,

The hotel is beautiful, the service is super friendly, the room is clean, stayed for three days and moved to a different room type and the staff is very helpful. The fried rice is delicious, the swimming pool is clean, close to Tangankayu.. if I go to Malang, I will stay here again, it's cheap!

The service is very good, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean. The breakfast is delicious especially the pancakes. The only hotel I have ever stayed in that has a durian tree and it is bearing fruit. I happened to be given a durian and the durian was really delicious
