Great hotel, near Alun-alun Kota Malang, clean and comfortable room, free access to swimming pool, fitness center included with bike station and 2 treadmill stations, great service, overall have a nice stay here, worth the price.

The check-in process was very smooth, even though we arrived before the check in time, but the hotel allowed us for early check-in without question. The request room (adjacent to each other) and type of bed was also granted. Location of the hotel is walking distance to Pasar Oro-oro Dowo in which very handy. The lack is only the food on breakfast. The taste was just so so and they run out some food at 08.00, although breakfast is served until 10.00.
