Nice place. Best rate. Good food on all those restaurant. BUT the funniest thing is, you'll not get discount at Skyhill restaurant until you get your room number. SO even you had already paid the booked room at the hotel, and you haven't check-in and get your hotel room number, you'll not get the discount. I thanked to the Skyhill crews, their service is good, the foods are amazing and undoubtly delicious. The view they have are awesome too, and you need to book the spot first to get the best spot and no one interrupt your photo session. And other funny thing of the hotel is that even though you are the hotel guest, if there is an event held in the hotel so that the parking area is full, you have to park your car by valet service, or you park further and you'll ride the hotel shuttle car. I thanked to the cleaning service too, for make up the room neaty, clean and comfy. Nice. 5 stars for this hotel.

Nice and new hotel owned by Golden Tulip group, located in central area, easy access but limited parking space, however they provide shuttle and valet to the parking lot. The hospitality of the staffs were excellent, Room was OK, quiet spacious, clean but a bit smelly, they hallway is a bit smelly… They have a brand new aesthetic restaurant on the rooftop but didn't get the chance to try to dine in there… Overall it was OK experience

Pleasent time for vacay. What 's the best is the service from all the staffs. Just had minor problem for the bathroom due to the level of floor area for showering is narrow to the dry area causing flood.

Comfy hotel to stay, friendly and helpful staff, very close to jatim park 2. The only minus was the parking area. Cars need to park at other place assign by the hotel.
