Very pleasant stay, clean and comfy room. Would love to stay here again. If only the have swimming pool and Netflix, would be my favorite place for staycation. But again, a very pleasant experience.

It's awesome weekend. We got a room with higher floor, jakarta's view is really beautiful up there. The room is fancy as look as the picture, clean, comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious and have so much options. Thank uâ¤ď¸

We book a smoking room and there was no ashtray in the room. After we ask more than 1 hour after they bring one to the room.
Since the first day they never put hand towels in the room. 2 days after check out I received a message from the hotel asking for the hand towels. Unacceptable.
The personnel from the breakfast service are very unprepaired. Too much trainees without supervision and knowledge. For 3 times I order a espresso coffee (paid) and they just ignore and forget the order. When bring the order or forget the sugar or don't bring the spoon. The cleaning of the tables is a disaster.....

Room was as pictured and well maintained. AC, wifi, water faucets work well. Amenities were adequate, slippers were provided when asked. Staff were polite and provided great service, everyone I met were nice and helpful. I was given a complimentary set of puddings and welcome drinks when checking in. Food taste flavorful, as if cooked for local tastes, although restaurant queues especially during Friday dinner service at The Mix restaurant can be long. Room service was great, extra spoons/plates and ice cubes were provided free of charge. I received several gosend packages during my stay and they have Concierge who received it for me and offered to take the packages to my room. There's no swimming pool, only an indoor dipping pool. There is a self service laundromat. It's close to Jiexpo (20 mins on foot) but be prepared to take taxi / car anyways because the sidewalks towards the venue are not in good condition for pedestrians (although not the fault of the hotel).

Clean hotel, close to the center of the city, helpful staff. The room is not sound proof especially for those with connecting door. Can hear the sound from next door TV, quite annoying.
