Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran

Room was as pictured and well maintained. AC, wifi, water faucets work well. Amenities were adequate, slippers were provided when asked. Staff were polite and provided great service, everyone I met were nice and helpful. I was given a complimentary set of puddings and welcome drinks when checking in. Food taste flavorful, as if cooked for local tastes, although restaurant queues especially during Friday dinner service at The Mix restaurant can be long. Room service was great, extra spoons/plates and ice cubes were provided free of charge. I received several gosend packages during my stay and they have Concierge who received it for me and offered to take the packages to my room. There's no swimming pool, only an indoor dipping pool. There is a self service laundromat. It's close to Jiexpo (20 mins on foot) but be prepared to take taxi / car anyways because the sidewalks towards the venue are not in good condition for pedestrians (although not the fault of the hotel).

It was a short stay. The room is comfy and the staffs are friendly. However, it could be better if the management can improve food delicacy.

Spacious and clean room. Plenty choices for breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to fellow business tourists.

Clean hotel, close to the center of the city, helpful staff. The room is not sound proof especially for those with connecting door. Can hear the sound from next door TV, quite annoying.

Overall good hotel. Nothing wrong to highlight. Distance and the time taken to reach the hotel specially rush hours is a concern.

It 's a nice place to have stay in this hotel, the rooms are clean, toilet in good condition, but it was a pitty that the TV only have a minimum channel, can't watch netflix etc. But the services are good, the hotel staff are kind and helpful, the foods also good 👍.
