I stayed two nights at this hotel, the first night the air conditioner in my room was not cold, because I checked in at 21.00 I was tired so I didn't tell her, the next morning I informed the receptionist and was told to stay, the second night I only wanted to borrow my plate and fork but was not allowed because the room was closed, I feel like in any hotel if you only borrow it, it will definitely be allowed.. even then I planned to bring it directly without asking for it to be delivered to the room, okay. just as input for the lady at the stay, she was stiff, not flexible..
