during my stay it was comfortable.. only when I was in the swimming pool I slipped because the floor was slippery, so be careful when swimming because when the floor is wet it is very slippery, it is better to wear footwear so you don't slip but it is still safe, fortunately it's okay. the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, breakfast and room service are all delicious

I stayed 1 night to rest for the next trip. I like the place, it's comfortable. Clean. All the staff are very friendly. The breakfast menu is extensive and all delicious. God willing, if I go to Bondowoso, I will stay here again.

The service and facilities are very good, close to the center of Bondowoso when I checked in on the weekend so I could have a car free day just by walking. For the room I got in room number 208, it was very clean and there were no problems with the AC or water. And, the food was delicious and varied. Thank you also for making the swan towel according to my request ๐๐ป๐๐ป

the hotel is nice with a fairly large swimming pool. The breakfast is also generally delicious.
What I was a bit disappointed with was the hotel sandals made of cork. In terms of quality, they are easily damaged for a 4-star hotel. Then the hotel's wifi, which is actually quite fast, just often disconnects. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied with the quality of a 4-star hotel in Bondowoso

didn't expect the staff to be very friendly, the hotel is in the city center so it's easy to access, the cleanliness is great, the breakfast is awesome, nothing is bad. you can bring breakfast to the room if it's not finished and you can ask for mineral water without charging, it's really friendly, all the staff are friendly!!!!
