The hotel is good for a vacation with kids, there are 3 pools that can be used, the water is also clean. The room has lots of mosquitoes and no hot water. The AC is cold but the bathroom could be cleaned more.

Menginap 1 malam di sana, kamarnya cukup luas dan nyaman, parkiran luas, kolam berenang juga luas banget. Ada 2 kolam renang. Sayangnya belum sempet nikmati fasilitas kolan renang karena habis breakfast harus langsung pergi. Untuk makananya lumayan enak, hanya saja variasinya kurang banyak. Kalo ditambahin lagi makin oke. Overall oke nginep di sini ππ».

Thank God it was quite pleasant to stay here although there are some improvements that must be considered. The care and cleanliness of the environment must be improved again to make it more beautiful. The breakfast menu is more varied and refills immediately if empty. The swimming pool is dirty, the rooms have lots of cobwebs, the hotel is very dirty, especially the outside, lack of maintenance, just B breakfast. Hopefully it can be even cleaner, especially when I come here during the Eid holidays, cleanliness should be paid more attention.

Receptionist dan resto gak koordinasi. Ke resto jam 8 pagi sarapan belum siap. Pihak resto bilang kalau mereka gak diinfo ada tamu yang mau breakfast. Prasmanan ga ada, cuma ada nasi goreng itupun lama hampir 1 jam. Hari ketiga pagi-pagi air mati total. Telpon ke receptionist ga ada yang angkat. Akhirnya terpaksa keluar kamar cari staff. Sampai waktu check out air belum juga nyala, kita malah disuruh ke kamar lain untuk mandi. Telat banget. Saat check out tanya ke receptionist kenapa airnya mati di kamar deluxe? Jawabannya,"Mohon maaf kurang tau" -_-Pelayanannya kurang banget. Ga ada koordinasi antara staff. Kamar juga berdebu sepertinya jarang dibersihkan.

3 nights here, the first day the breakfast is a buffet system, but on the 2nd and 3rd day you have to order, the menu is only fried rice, fried noodles or fried kwetiau using fried eggs. superior room is a bit dusty, yes, can't get hotel slippers too. The good thing is that the bed is soft, the air conditioner is cold, the pool is pretty clean. and all the staff there are very friendly.

We stayed in a family room, it seems that rarely in the book the room is still not clean, the bathroom has lots of sand and gravel, the warm water is also unstable. Luckily the housekeeping service is good and fast.
