I arrived at (around) 8.P.M, check in proceed was very quick cos the staff already prepared the key. Breakfast was so good with various of food. The receptionist are friendly & helpful, especially on the last day when checked out, I had to leave my suitcase at the concierge and had to go to the mall for lunch, the staff lent me the access key to the mall. That's great.

Hotel is affordable and the service was nice. Staffs were friendly and helpful, the room is quite large and the bed is so comfy. Location is close to Mall Galeria, it has shortcut from the pool area & easy walk to the mall. Overall nice stay.

Staying for 2 nights, easy to find a food. You can walk 3 minutes to go to shopping mall. Room is big, also they give you extra pillow. They also quick response for something happened (in my case, our aircon is not so cold, but they fix it promptly)

The area is not so far frm everywhere but not tourist area. The room is very spacious. There is big sofa in the room. Staff so friendly & easy to communicate with them. Clean & comfort. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

My room is spacious and have sufficient natural lighting, their staffs are really friendly and helpful. The most important thing, the bathroom is really clean. My stay there was fantastic.

Kamar nya luas dan bersih, ke mall galeria & ICC tinggal jalan kaki, indomaret tinggal nyebrang, bandara dekat. Dan makanan nya rasanya enak semua setiap hari. Staff ramah & helpful. Terima kasih.
