They should have provided at least basic amenities like soap. Also the bedsheet was dirty. We could actually see the trace of lipstick and some stains. Other than that, everything else is good enough.

Please improve again. In service to the employees. Usually this place is good in terms of location and service. I stayed here for a holiday, suddenly I was preparing to enter the room, the employees had not prepared it. Hopefully in the future it will be better fine again. As usual.

I came with my family (plus one daughter). Our room was on the 3rd floor, this accommodation is a town house type. Honestly, we had difficulty going up to the 3rd floor with large suitcases and narrow stairs. When we arrived at the room, we were immediately disappointed because it was not clean at all. There was clearly male fluid left on the linen that had not been washed clean. The water in the bathroom was not running smoothly, we had to wait a while for it to flow. The residents on the 2nd floor were noisy and it was clear to hear what they were talking and laughing about. In the middle of the night, I woke up with the smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room. We didn't know where it came from. The butts were at the entrance on the 1st floor. We ended up only staying one night out of 2 there.

The staff is friendly, but because other places are full, we were forced to stay here, the mattress is soft, but the rest is very uncomfortable, got a room in the attic, the stairs are very high. Overall okay with note.

Be careful who stay here. Don't let what happened to me happen. I spent the night (28-29-12-24) with my wife and children. Suddenly someone wanted to enter the room at dawn around 4:35. Luckily I woke up immediately when the person opened the door (and luckily the door made a sound when it was opened), and the person immediately closed the door again when he saw me awake. Because my sleeping position was right in front of the door. And the door was immediately locked again by the person. (When I opened the door, the door was already locked again). That means there was a spare key that was used
