Second time staying here. And I just found out that the previous stay, this hotel had not yet had its grand opening, so I still felt that breakfast was delivered to the room, without a deposit, and got a super spacious room. This time, although smaller, it has the same beautiful view but from a different side. Breakfast is more varied and delicious. I like the old school cups for coffee and tea even though they are out of theme with other tableware. Thank you for continuing to provide the same hospitality. Will stay here often.

Disappointed while check in for honeymoon staff giving twin bed without checking my special request for Honeymoon, No solution from front desk staff name nikita to giving king/queen bed even I begging for down grade my room which I booked Junior suite our joinging our bed. She ask me to pay for upgrade which nothing help at all. She ruined my honeymoon mood bad.

overall : Ok, nice.
strategic location, spacious room.
reviews from previous guests have been improved such as: tv in the room can be used, access has been limited according to hotel guests
disadvantages: water in the toilet is still too strong,
the room is not soundproof, every time someone passes by carrying goods it can be heard, if the elevator is used it can also be heard in the room.
additionally for suite rooms there should be a tv too

Went there Friday Saturday Sunday. The breakfast menu is still the same. Only 1, 2 menus changed. The menu is so boring. The food is lacking. The first time I stayed here, the food was delicious. The second time I came here, I was a bit disappointed with the food. Even the bread has the same menu huhu
