The room was a bit scary because all the furniture was old, the signal was bad, and the electrical equipment suddenly died. I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel after just checking in.

The room is very large, suitable for a family with 2 children. Complete facilities (refrigerator/stove/dispenser). Very close to Indomaret/family mart (through the back door). The downside is the bathroom is dull, maybe because it's an old unit, maybe it could be renovated a little.

The apartment is horror, the lights in the room and bathroom are not bright enough. Every night there is a sound even though the position of the room and bathroom is not in another building. And there is a kitchen area that cannot be opened, that's where the sound is every night or evening.

Hotel environment, clean rooms and good food taste. Receptionist information and restaurant staff greetings need to be improved/upgraded. Receptionist information does not clearly explain the cost per room (when adding days of accommodation at the hotel/extending accommodation), whether it includes breakfast or not (even though the cost per night is MORE EXPENSIVE than the accommodation cost given by TRAVELOKA); thus "trapping" consumers who assume that the cost includes breakfast. Restaurant staff should be upgraded when welcoming consumers, because it is better for Alfamart/Indomart staff to always say welcome and thank you to every consumer who shops.

We stayed here, the atmosphere is very homey, perfect for hanging out, gossiping, drinking wine, snacking, etc. In the afternoon we swam and it felt private because it was just us. There is a gallon jug, the refrigerator is all functioning normally. The AC is also cold. The staff is also friendly. Thank you ❤

For a serviced apartment in the middle of Jakarta, it is very much in accordance with our country's culture which always wants to staycation with family. Although the hotel is old, I am happy to be able to cook and 2 bathrooms so it is comfortable even though it is crowded. The swimming pool is also ok.
