Friendly staff, spacious parking, near tourist areas, I just checked in at 1 pm, everything is good. Note: There is no hot water for bathing, usually in 3-star hotels and above, Water Heather is provided, especially in the cold conditions of Tawangmangu. But overall it's ok.

Very happy and satisfied staying here. At an affordable price, you can get a room that fits 2 adults and 1 toddler, with bathtub facilities in the bathroom, TV, Wi Fi, and breakfast too, with hot water. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. Just satisfied π success always.

It's very comfortable to stay here, especially bringing a baby, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, easy and strategic access, the view is really good, the most impressive thing is that in the afternoon you can eat meatballs/sate and wedang ronde in the hotel parking lot. Kudos to the hotel management for allowing traders to sell in the hotel parking lot ππ»ππ»ππ». God willing, next trip we will stay at the Grand Bintang Hotel again. The staff is quite responsive and polite in serving customers. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. Spacious parking. Beautiful scenery. Close to several tourist attractions and culinary delights that are currently popular. For warm water, it only comes out for a moment. Next, just plain cold water.

Overall it's really worth it, the view is extraordinary from the balcony, the lift is smooth, the hot water is smooth, the cleanliness is very good, just need a few small detail touches in some corners of the room, but overall we are satisfied, we will definitely come back again when we go to Tawangmangu.
