I was upgraded due to a loud noise coming from the unit inside my room. Breakfast was okay. The janitor should do a better job cleaning the bathroom. On the first night the shower handle broke, so I had to shower by using its hose from the wall. The shampoo and bath soap are not labeled, you need to figure out yourself which one is which. However, the Bed sheets and towels are clean.

Actually good, but just lack of maintenance. Book what room, what is occupied. Room smells of cigarette smoke.

Not maintained, dirty, smells musty, hot water is broken, the TV is still on a tube, there is only 1 broadcast. Does not reflect the majestic building. The only thing that's okay is the wifi facility, it's smooth. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Old hotel, neglected facilities. The shower shower doesn't work, let alone hot & cold water. There is a leak in the room, the ac water drips into the room.
