I stayed for 5 night at Executive Deluxe room with additional extra bed (3 Adults and 1 child). The beds is uncomfortable for sleeping, toiletries even for water only ready for 2 person, while we already paid for 1 additional person. We always ask the receptionist everyday for our needs. Really disappointed that Executive Deluxe Room can't serve for the best..
