The toilet smells, feces, I have told the cs, just sprayed it, the smell of the spray disappeared, the smell of feces came again.

100% tidak sesuai apa yang di iklankan di aplikasi. Bener-benar tidak bisa dinilai oleh kata-kata lagi. Terlalu kecewa pokoknya, hanya bertahan 15 menit di kamar dan langsung check out.

If the picture on the trip has a window, but the real thing is that you get a room with no window. I already asked for a change from the clerk but he said that if you buy online you got that one :( Honestly I don't like it because the bathroom is in the inside of the room, now it smells really bad, so the room is really tight 🤢

The room is still dirty like it hasn't been broomed, the TV can't be used like it doesn't matter if the antenna cable is really blurry, let alone the bed. Even though I ordered a twin, when I sat it it wanted to collapse because the wood was broken. Want a vacation instead of getting a super uncomfortable room, please improve it again. For service, I like it because all of the directors are friendly.

Apart from a strategic position in the crowded places of Jalan Cihampelas and the hotel staff who are very friendly and helpful, don't expect anything else to be ok from this hotel. The room is poorly maintained and smells a bit. And what makes us annoyed is that when checking in, the staff has to call the boss first to ask for our bookings. Only this time there is a hotel like this. Why didn't the boss prepare all the reservations from the start. And that happens every time we check in. So annoying. We cannot choose a hotel room that is rather nice even though it is the same type and the room is empty.

So this is a cheap hotel that I booked in epic hour session. I really want to review as unsatisfied but in this pandemic I don't have the heart to do so. I know I pick a standard room, but this is too much tho. The price was awesome, but after we have the room, I don't think it's cheap anymore. Bathroom door frame was not rigid, when you open the door, it left side was pushed with the door. The closet is the squat type as seen in the picture below. No hot water. Twin bedroom we've given was small and has two small beds. It is clean, no bugs and mosquitoes were seen. We use it normally, one bed for each. The one he use falls apart as we slept last night. The mid frame slides and the bed falls in the middle. The wall was peeled off. There's small tube tv inside, but we didn't try to turn it on. There's exhaust fan to the hall outside, and no window. The chair was outside, no chair inside. Positive side of this place , you can walk for about 5 minutes to Ciwalk. Many food and clothing store nearby. It's located on Cihampelas street, easy to find, accessible by car.

The place is strategically close to souvenirs, Indomaret, places to eat, atm too. If you go to the farmhouse and the great Asia Africa, it is also close, it only takes 20-30 minutes. the rooms are big, clean, the air conditioner is cold too, there is hot water too, the mattress is soft, the service is very friendly.

Because this alternative hotel that I could get with different conditions from the hotel that I got before was very uncomfortable. The mattress has no AC. The price I paid does not match the room I got. So I plan to stay for 2 days and fill 1 day and move to another hotel. Very, very disappointing.
