Overall okay, it was a bit of a long wait to check in because it was crowded but the management replaced it with a free room upgrade. The only thing lacking is the gym and sports facilities. It's a shame that the hotel is okay but there is no gym.

The view is mashaAllah.. from end to end it's all beautiful. Basically, if you go to Lampung, you have to stay at Santika Premier. All the staff are friendly. The hot water shower is great. All the food is delicious and great. The service is good. It's okay to spend a bit more money but I'm very satisfied.

I went on holiday to Lampung with my husband for a total of 5 days and 4 nights, changing hotels every day. The last choice was the Santika Hotel because the facilities were complete, direct access to Lampung City Mall, the restaurant was amazing, the view was really beautiful and the food had a lot of variety. There was a cool rooftop and the rooms were fragrant and comfortable. The swimming pool was also big enough for us to swim in. We got lots of great photos in every corner. It will be our choice again next time we go to Lampung.
