Good location, friendly staff, breakfast is according to price. AC, hot water, everything is running well. Satisfied living in Shalva. Near Thamrin City, HI Roundabout. Also a lot of culinary, from the class warteg to the expensive.

Staff was very nice, always ready to help and tried their best communicating in English. The downside is probably my standard of cleanliness. The bathroom sink was leaking and the shower had weird color marks on the wall.

I've been a regular at this hotel when I go to Jakarta. The location is right in front of Thamcit, there are many food vendors, the mall is close, near Tanah Abang, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the most important thing is that you can temporarily store your belongings even though you've checked out. Basically, this hotel is the best and God willing, if I go to Jakarta, I will continue to stay here👍

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. However, the toilet was a minus point for me because the bottom part of the door frame was dirty. The WiFi was also quite slow. But overall, it was okay since the location is great—within walking distance to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, and Plaza Indonesia, as long as you don’t mind the heat.

Bad wifi, damp and smelly room, towels are starting to fade and the towel material is not comfortable to absorb water, the bathroom is also damp and there are urine stains on the toilet seat that were not cleaned when we entered, the corridor smells musty, there is no bathroom mat, the AC takes a long time to get cold. Breakfast tastes okay even though it is not varied, the eggs ran out until breakfast closed we didn't get any.

When you enter like this, it looks like the pillowcases haven't been changed, and it's possible that the sheets haven't been changed either because they're a bit itchy when you sleep. There's some trash on the floor when you enter. The room is a bit small, but the location is strategic, the wifi signal is very weak in the room, so it's not used at all. There's no doormat so when you get out of the bathroom the floor gets wet.
