Hotelnya dr luar tampak OK, hotel staffnya pun responsive dan helpful. Tapi begitu masuk kamar, bau lembab berasa banget, kita hours buka pintu kamar lbh dr 1/2 jam dan baunya tetap tidak hilang. Akhirnya disemprot dgn pengharum ruangan. Spreinya pun berasa lembab. Saya sampai tidur dgn memakai masker krn berasa banget lembabnya pd saat bernafas. Ke esokan paginya minta ganti kamar dan dapat yg lebih baik.

I had 1 night stay at this hotel. It is a clean hotel. The staff is also nice. Only one thing, I asked to borrow a fruit knife from the restaurant and the staff told me to wait in my room but after waiting for a long time no one came to bring it to my room.

It takes more than half an hour just to get the key. I hope I would not stay here anytime soon or in the future. What a waste of my family time.
