The hotel is ok, the room is quite spacious and clean, there is a smart TV so you can Netflix (important!). Only the water heater doesn't work well (maybe because it's crowded). The service is very good, all the staff and security are very helpful. The road to the hotel is a bit inside but the directions are quite clear.

The room is very clean, the lights are also bright, the towels are clean.
It's just that access to the hotel is through a small alley and another alley. Only 1 car can fit.
Stayed for 2 days, the lights went out 5 times, it seems like the electricity is lacking.
There is no elevator, so those who bring a lot of stuff have to lift it up the stairs.

Location: Very near to city center but located deep inside residential with narrow roads, will be difficult if you have big SUV or 4x4. The Hotel: The hotel is very new and plenty of carparks and they are free. I got a ground floor room and I can park my car outside my room, very convenient when I have a lot of equipments and bags. There no F&B outlet and my rate doesn't come with breakfast so can't share my review, but the wifi is good speed. My toilet is smelly and dirty. There a loud humming noise throughout the night, it sounds like air conditioning compressor from nearby room.

Staff, suddenly opened the room door, luckily there was a key still in the lock. Room, hot and cold water heater is erratic. Noisy, not soundproof. Location, the road before the hotel is muddy, narrow, only 1 car and 1 motorbike can pass, if you pass 2 cars it is difficult to pass

Booked a VIP room, got the 3rd floor. Not bad, but there are still many shortcomings. Hopefully it can be input. The water heater doesn't work, the cold water is also smooth in the tap, the shower has a small flow. The internet doesn't reach the room. Even though there is a smart TV, unfortunately the internet doesn't reach, so it's just a display in the room. Booked a VIP room but how come the room doesn't have a mirror. Sob. Overall other than that, for cleanliness, service, everything is good.
