Oke good high recomended. Price friendly. Humble. Near Losari Beach.

I stayed here for 5 nights. I'll start with the good things. People at the reception desk and laundry service were friendly and helpful. Fast check in and out. Great location, sufficient parking lot. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about their other services and facilities. Housekeeping was lacking. The room has damp smell, trash wasn't always picked up, and cups and bathroom weren't cleaned. There was this screw tapping portruding from the bedframe (they did resolve this pretty quickly though). The shower box did not prevent water from coming out so the toilet got wet everytime I took a shower. The electricity in my room kept cutting off more than five times during the night. The food provided was unsatisfactory. The hotel has great potential, but just did not live up to its price point.

Strategic location, only a few minutes walk from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was a bit slow, though the meal quality was good.

The sheets smelled musty and were a bit noisy.

Saluran pembuangan di shower kamar mandinya kurang lancar, sehingga air menggenang. Bantal dan Guling Hotel Bau, sehingga kami sekeluarga kutang nyaman tidurnya. Wifi tidak bisa connect.

The receptionist was very unfriendly! I come to the hotel to enjoy my offday and I paid for it (my room). The staff really offended me with his rude attitude. But overall, I like the room.

The room smells damp, the towels, the bath mat looked like never been washed (color was greyish almost black 🥺), the bed sheet & pillow cases as well. Doesn't Ibis has a int'l standard (Accor standard). Please improve cause actually the hotel has a strategic position (near Losari beach). But, I have to give credit to the staffs that I'd met, from the receptionists and other staffs were friendly and helpful. These are your precious assets, thus you just need to improve all the above mentioned things. Thank you for your hospitality though. 🙏🏻.

Budget hotel with spacious room even just for single pax. Located only aprox 300-500m from the losari beach, as seen on pictures. The room was okay, the water pressure especially in hot setting was low but in cold setting it was great. If you have an extra space in your luggage bring your own towel, cause the towel weren't really absorbing the excess droplet. Also they used some kind of specific perfume linen spray and it was so strong, if you're not a fan of heavy fragrance you will not like it. Staff was friendly and helpful although in my last day I was asked to moved to other room due to maintenance in that current floor.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I would like to share my experience. Room Size: The main downside was the room size, which was quite small. It felt a bit cramped, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Ac issues: During my stay, I encountered some problems with the air conditioning. It didn't cool the room effectively, which made my stay less comfortable, especially in a warm climate. Sink Troubles: There was an issue with the sink in the bathroom. It didn't work properly, and this was a bit inconvenient. Despite these challenges, the hotel did have some positive aspects such as a convenient location and friendly staff. I hope this feedback helps both future travelers and the hotel management to improve the guest experience.
