We stayed here for our daughter'birthday and they helped us in providing a surprise welcome in our room, She was delighted. Thank you Ms. Triposa (sorry if I misheard the name), Mr. Putra and related departments HK and FB for this heartwarming welcome. We will definitely return, as this is a recommendee staycation hotel in Bekasi. Superb!

This my second time I stayed in this hotel, but it was quite disappointing. From air conditioner in my room doesn't worked, elevator only one worked. In general my experience that day it was OK but not excellent. Hopefully it happen that day.

Everything is almost perfect, but it seems the safe locker at my room (718) didn't work and the electric socket near table isn't working. The rest is amazing.
