It's actually nice to stay here, but the AC in the room has a permanent remote control on the wall, the digital numbers jump around. Ask the staff and they'll explain if you don't get hot. 😀 and the drinking water is fetched too far away and isn't ready in the room.

Love the hot water pool. The kids love it. Very, very child friendly for my 7 and 2.5 year old kids. No worries about getting cold. No mistake choosing this hotel as a Staycation destination

The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful when booking a hotel with connecting rooms. Strategic location, close to places to eat and shop in Malang. The food tastes good, unfortunately at that time the hotel was full (holiday), too many hotel guests were eating together, so the restaurant staff were overwhelmed in refilling the food that ran out and providing a table for our family. But it's ok, understandable. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms with connecting doors, but unfortunately 1 room smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though the staff tried to spray it and open the window, the smell was still thick. Fortunately the other room for the children was free from cigarette smoke.

Booked for family stay here and very spacious room to bring 2childs. One big bedroom with 1big bed and 1bunkbed. Suitable for family during short holiday in Malang.

The staff was fast and friendly, the check in/out process was easy. Unfortunately, when I requested a dental kit by phone, they only said that a request report would be made first, and there was no follow-up, until I checked out the dental kit I requested did not arrive.

The bathroom is clean, the room is quite clean. TV channels are often off because maybe the WIFI / internet provider is not connected properly. Overall it's quite good.

A clean hotel located in the city center, you can see the mountain view from the window of the 10th floor room, you can ask the hotel staff for a hair dryer and toiletries, the warm water swimming pool is for adults and children, around the hotel there are food stalls with street food prices.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, and the location is quite close to everywhere. It's just that the cleanliness of the room needs to be considered. The breakfast is very varied and delicious.

for accommodation it's good, close to the city center, on the main route of Malang city, many menu choices around the hotel, really a strategic hotel in my opinion what needs to be developed is the variety of menus, drinks at breakfast, the smoking area in the restaurant is also less touched by the restaurant team, so it's a bit less clean

Not very soundproof.. the noise next door can be heard in our room.
