The king bed is twin bed modified in to 1 bed but the missing is the bridge bed so thin and I can feel the distance between 2 bed. Perhaps in near future to b mor innovative to mk the king bed more comfortable. Thank you.

The hotel was comfortable for family staycation. It 's near from the center of the city. The pool is clean and the breakfast taste good.

Room was surprisingly DIRTY at the very first time I checked in. Bathroom was MOULDY, foul smelling while it was dry literally! Bedsheets were STAINED definitely with some dirt, which seemed like they havent changed them after several usages. AC was not working well, made a lot of disturbing fan noise all time during usage. All these happened right at the very beginning start after I just checked in. After I have complained right away just few minutes after check in, they could not give me another room to change, as they said that the hotel was fully booked. They did not want to give any refunds if I cancelled the next day booking. So I had to stay there for two nights experiencing the unforgetable super worst ever hotel experience in my life history. And sorry to say, traveloka I am dissapponted with your service! You have charged the hotel price way too high on your app that day compared to the direct billboard announcement of the hotel itself, while the service and facilities of the hotel did not deserve such pricing at all. This is deceitful! This is how you will lose more and more customers. Good luck.
