The check-in process took a long time, many hotel guests waited a long time to check in, because the condition was over guests staying that day. Hopefully in the future it can be better, especially every year there is definitely a surge of guests at every Eid holiday moment. Thank you, .. overall it's pretty good .. so only the check-in process is quite long ..

We checked in past 8pm and checked out at 7.30am...so practically we only slept for a while, had sahur and took a morning shower. The bonus was that there was a durian seller near the hotel...so we could eat durian there (on the side of the road). The hotel was beautiful and the food for sahur was quite varied...the staff was friendly...the price was quite competitive.

The hot water didn't work. I had already complained. I thought it was okay. It turned out that when I took a shower in the morning, the hot water still didn't work. It was a shame because I really liked the cleanliness of the room.

In terms of facilities, everything is quite good, but for an iron and hairdryer you have to ask the receptionist and the hot water is not hot enough, so if you take a shower at night you might shiver.

The hotel is quite good. Modern design. The rooms are also quite good. What is a question mark for me: between the bisa and x-hollywood rooms on Traveloka, the difference is 200 thousand more expensive than the Hollywood type, but in my opinion there is no difference. So next time just book a regular room.
Then the towels should be upgraded. They are already very bad. Very bad in my opinion.
The swimming pool is small. So when there are many visitors, my child can't swim. However, the other facilities are sufficient.
