This is the 4th time we have stayed at Khas Malioboro Hotel..always have a memorable and very good experience. Very friendly service. The hotel staff is friendly, the location is also good, close to Malio, unfortunately there are several room functions that are problematic, for room 210 the bathroom door is broken, the switch for the shower water is not functioning optimally, the TV box used has a problem every 30 minutes it automatically turns off, I have complained many times until I was promised a room change but it didn't happen and the TV problem was not resolved

In my opinion, it is too expensive for the type of room I chose, cramped, uncomfortable atmosphere, small window hinges opened as if they were about to fall off. Other 3-star equivalents that I visited were still worth staying in. Honestly, my family and I did not enjoy the holiday, the initiative to spend time outside until night time, because we do not like to stay in the room for long. Maybe if the price was 700 thousand it would still be okay. I certainly will not visit here again. Thanks.
