An old hotel can exude charm and a timeless appeal, provided it is well-maintained and clean. I hope Kusuma Sahid Hotel, with its expansive grounds, would prioritize enhancing especially the cleanliness, pleasant ambiance, and warmth of its rooms—especially the bathrooms—to ensure a more comfortable stay. Additionally, improvements in the overall surroundings especially the plants, the taste and variety of breakfast options, and the strategic placement of the lobby in relation to the venue room would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Hotelnya perlu di rehab peremajaan bangunan lagi, kesan ruangnya sudah mulai lusuh, di lorong menuju kamar sudah terkesan sekalian “hotel tua”. Kesan interiornya klasik tua perlu peremajaan. Sangat jauh sekali foto iklan dengan kenyataan aslinya. Yang difoto kamar yang di siapkan bagus untuk difoto, kenyataannya sudah terkesan lusuh dan perlu peremajaan. Kesannya mulai kesan hotel tua yang asal dapat tamu.

Door key doesn't work. Shower barely works. At the morning, the janitor opens my door by his own when I'm inside the room to ask whether if I need the room to be cleaned or not. In short, f*** this hotel. Don't stay here if you travel to Solo.

The accommodation has a strategic location, just a walk away to pura mangkunegaran and the heart of solo, including the famous pasar gedhe. It has very nice and helpful staff. The parking space is spacious. Ordering 5 rooms beside the swimming pool, nice view bit little uncomfortable cause of it publicly used. Unfortunately the room is not well maintain, the furniture just likely to breakdown, bathtub so dirt, bathroom fixtures must be change or renew, the shower and water flow very slow. Although the bedding are clean and neat, but the bed using very old fashion spring bed that noisy and rocking. Breakfast is so-so. Score 5 between 1-10, will be rethink to come back to this property.
