Hotels near Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur

Good location and easy access to Pasteur Highway, clean and comfortable.

Happy to stay here even just one night. Easy to check in, The bedroom so comfortable, but I found ants near refrigerator and The issues for breakfast menu, they serve a lot of variations of breakfast menus, but the taste for me personally, none of them are very satisfying. Oh ya and the last one a lil bit disappointed because the hot water in the jacuzzi is only available on weekends huhu.

If I am visit bandung always stay in this hotel, usually I am booking deluxe room. For superior room the space area likely deluxe but no window.

Very dissapointing. I ordered 5 rooms with 3 booking codes in this hotel, but app only issued 3 rooms vouchers. The hotel said that I had to confirm my booking to app. I called the customer service and they said that I had to wait for an hour. It was 12 am. No compensation is given by app or the hotel. They only said"we are very sorry". But the hotel managed to address this problem in 30 minutes. But still, this kind of issue has to be addressed in the future.

The staff are friendly and the room always clean. Great location too!

The bedroom was very dirty. Lots of spider webs and ants, damp room, furniture and building not finished neatly. Until I couldn't stand it there and immediately asked to check out.

Complimentary (coffee, tea, and sugar) were put on a jar. Water from dispenser. No laundry bag. Room card only given 1. Etc. They said go green, but I don't think so.

Recommended hotel in Bandung. All great. Keep it up.

Very close from the entrance of Bandung City.

Its considered old room, but still OK within the pricing. Its clean as well.
