Easy check in as always, very tiny room, no other amenities except toothbrush, centralize Air Conditioner so you can't adjust the room temperature. recommend only for short stay / transit, 1 KM from Kualanamu Airport.

The hotel is a great transit place. Strategic location for transit as it is near the airport, and also in a nice commercial complex. location is close to Kualanamu Airport. Plus there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the airport or vice versa. It says 35 thousand. But I paid 50 thousand. Departs at 4 am.

The hotel staff is not friendly, the hotel is dark and scary. Like a dimly lit hotel even though there are luxury hotels around it. The rooms are sloppy. Dirty. Smells.

The room is very small and cramped but maybe it's appropriate for the price. It's also dark, and there's no elevator so you have to go up the stairs. The stairs are also black. So it's a shame if there are elderly people who have to go up and down the stairs for fear of not being seen. I suggest you dim the lights.

Very disappointing, already booked via traveloka, when checking in the hotel staff informed that the rooms were full and the order was moved to another accommodation that was very inappropriate, the location is in the interior far from everywhere. It seems to take advantage of the situation when there is a PON event, because even if you want a refund it will be difficult to find another accommodation

Check in was only served by 1 person and was slow, it turned out that the key given could not open the room door (a little problematic), whether we like it or not, we had to go down to the 1st floor. Because the hotel staff did not respond on the phone. Even though we arrived at the receptionist and explained the problem, it was still slow. Around 4 am in the bathroom, suddenly there was a sound of water, it turned out that the toilet flush suddenly came off. We tried to install it, but because of the strong water it also couldn't, the room was flooded, because of the situation, even though we contacted the hotel, there was no answer at all. Finally, around 6 am my husband met the receptionist (my husband happened to not sleep at this hotel) and they came up, not long after they came down, the flush came off again by itself. As a result, I just let it be. Because I was tired of contacting the hotel. Well, my husband also asked for breakfast for us, but until 10 am there was no delivery for us in the room. The worst service I have ever experienced while staying at a hotel. Staying here is indeed cheap, but in my opinion the quality is also cheap, because of this worst service. I chose to stay here because there was a PON event, all the hotels around here were sold out, and it was very late at night. So where could I get it? Apparently it was cheap because the quality of service was very bad.

The bed is clean without musty smell, sweat or cigarettes. There are no cockroaches, ants or spider webs. The bathroom is clean, bathroom tissue is available. The receptionist is friendly. There is an Indomaret that is open 24 hours, there is KFC, there are places to eat that are a bit expensive but still reasonable around the hotel area. Close to KNO airport, the hotel also provides airport shuttle services. And only one problem is the stairs connecting the ground floor and the room. If the suitcase is big, it will be tiring and complicated to go up and down. Or the elderly who have problems walking, I don't think it's good for them. Personally, of course I will stay at this hotel again another time.
