Room is not according to expectation. Seems that pictures are deliberately been improved to show a modern hotel, which it 's not. It is an old degraded hotel with a few changes (curtains, shower head and bed sheets). The room is very small with no place to put your suitcase, the bathroom is also very small and when showering everything gets wet as there is no divider between shower and wc. Very old style and not worth 400rb.

It ' s OK. I like the room. Small with Very small bathroom. Too small actually. Can't swing a cat in it. But the garden infront of the room is nice. And love to see some cats running around. Nice. The staffs are GREAT. They are so friendly and competent. Compliments for the Receptionist.

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I think this hotel is good for a quick stay. It is just proper, comfortable, yet still have a lot to improve. Good:- Room is clean, quite spacious. Drinks (tea & coffee) and amenities are well prepared.- Welcoming staff.- Hotel location is near to Jember city, malls, shopping point etc.- Various breakfast menu, although not too tasty:) Need improvement:- Bathroom design is lacking, water not draining properly and make the bathroom floor keep wet.- Cockroaches appear twice in the bathroom:(- Towel clean but look dirty and old. Kindly purchase the new one:(- Poor wifi connection

Most importantly rooms are unclean, a lot of stains everywhere that you can spot it literally everywhere. Needs a lot of repair and improvement. Bathroom's drainage smells noticeably bad. Very tiny and old TV that is barely able to watch. Foods are acceptable for the level of the hotel, but staffs did so many clear up of our foods even without asking our permission. We really hate that we were forced to waste our food. Price was lower than other hotels during our stay, but we don't want to exchange money with unclean room and towels. Better bring your own linen and towels for your stay. Too bad we didn't take photos of the room because we were busy with our two toddlers.
